Zesty, fruity and a total cutie! Tangerine is a Queer, Trinidadian DJ living in Toronto. This community taught selector always brings the best r&b throwbacks and bashment classics in unexpected ways. Tangerine's only mission when she steps behind the decks is to make people fall in love - with the music, with each other, and with themselves.

DJ Amita

DJ Amita who also holds a Ph.D in sociology, spins traditional Bollywood and other eastern influences, club hits, rnb and soca in a way that is guaranteed to make you move. Amita is a DJ icon spinning for many years in various venues from Pride Toronto to the Pan Am Games, Gemini Awards, opening of Tiff's Lightbox theatre and Luminato. She is most known for being producer and co- creator Masala Mixx on 88.1 fm and of Besharam night club, Canadas longest running and largest Bollywood party. Come Celebrate the love of dance and music with DJ Amita. Followed by Brown Out.

Dr. Dirty Digoonious

Dr. Dirty Digoonious

Dr. Dirty Digoonious (he/him) is a slimy greaseball based in Waterloo and Ottawa, with a masters of swagger, and a PhD in suave and sleaze. This Dr. is everyone’s fav bad boy: the short king you’ve always needed. He puts the D in PhD and will Steal your girl! The Doc has performed on the BrOWN//Out stage as part of Toronto Pride 2024. He recently performed in Mary Poppers' One Big Gay Disco in Kitchener, a dance party honoring the queer history of the disco genre. In March, Dr. D performed in the Femme Folks Fest Drag Show, part of a larger arts festival organized by Pat The Dog Theatre Company in Waterloo. The Doc has a strong dance background, and his performances are very dance heavy with multiple styles ranging from jazz to hip hop. Dr. D is also a singer and frequently incorporates both musical theatre and operatic numbers into his sets. Outside of drag, Nuha Yousuf is an opera and musical theatre singer and recent graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University’s classical voice program. She seeks to break down barriers, redefine traditions and render opera accessible through fusing the world of drag and opera together. She believes classical music is for everyone, and that it is most powerful when shared as a community. Dr. Dirty Digoonious loves to show off his slimy, dirty little personality though his dance, musical theatre and opera skills.

priyana is a South-Asian queer autistic singer-songwriter from Toronto. priyana’s blend of her indie/folk-pop writing style and ethereal vocals have attracted supporters internationally. She has performed her original songs and well-loved covers in The Mercury Lounge in New York City, all around Toronto, and venues in Los Angeles. From a young age, she has nurtured her talent online, building a community drawn to her unique voice and love for crochet. priyana independently released her debut album on her 18th birthday and has since released nine additional singles with more to come soon. She is currently signed to Nettwerk Music Group, a major independent label. Her music draws inspiration from artists like Lizzy McAlpine, Billie Eilish, Phoebe Bridgers, and more. priyana’s songs reflect her observations of the world and her desire to create a space where listeners feel they belong. She is excited to be releasing more music within the coming year!

Magenta

Magenta

Toronto based alternative/folk/pop singer-songwriter, magenta, writes honest and emotional songs which fans describe to be brutally relatable. Through the years, she has developed her craft immensely, constantly experimenting with lyrical metaphors and sonic expressions. With music similar to the likes of Phoebe Bridgers, Gracie Abrams and Jeremy Zucker, magenta’s audience has been growing ever since her first release in 2021. magenta has been a part of various development programs such as SOCAN's Incubator for Creative Entrepreneurship and RBCxMusic First Up. After the successful release of her first single “finding myself”, magenta later released her debut EP “lost in plain sight” in March of 2022. magenta wrote her sophomore EP throughout 2022 and released the project titled “can you see the beginning?” in March of 2023. Of that project, her single “weighing me down” landed a spot on Spotify’s Fresh Finds Canada Playlist. magenta is currently releasing singles from her upcoming third EP titled “Angel”, the first single of which was released in September. This EP has been made possible with funding support from FACTOR Canada and Canada Council for the Arts.

Mars Alexander (they/them) is a non-binary trans femme of Caribbean descent. By day they work in production, modeling or doing wardrobe, and by night they’re a performance artist/club kid expressing & honoring states of freedom, faggotry & hedonism. Your typical Mars show contains undertones of mental health, disturbance, fetishism and symbolism. They work with foods & fluids as their main medium, using these to induce innuendos, stories & nightmares of the popular imagination. Mars is trained in musical theory at St. Michael’s Choir School, mentored by actor/playwright Bilal Baig, and has performed at Lux Magna (2020), Rhubarb Festival (2019, 2020, 2023), Philadelphia Fringe Festival (2023), Parbleux (2024), Toronto Dance Theatre (2024) and throughout venues across the GTA. Jannat is founder of First Pride in Pakistan and was key activist who presented trans right bill in senate of Pakistan , passed in 2018. She is First South Asian Trans Ambassador Pride Toronto 2024"
