The Finance and Payroll Manager is responsible for the financial health of Pride Toronto and oversees the overall financial management of funds. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Finance and Payroll Manager will oversee all accounts payable and receivable to ensure Pride Toronto is in compliance with all operational financial policies and procedures and other governing bodies. They will oversee all financial administration, recommend streamlined processes and ensure all financial risk is assessed and addressed. They will also have oversight on cash flow, financial forecasting, audit facilitation and budget creation.
Managing all bookkeeping and accounting needs, including, but not limited to, accounts payables, receivables (including in-kind values), distribution of approved funds, reconciliation of all financial statements, HST and other tax remittances needed
