Stay Proud! Stay Safe! Stay PrEP’d invites you to join a group of Toronto healthcare providers for a discussion about PrEP for HIV prevention. Gay men and other members of Toronto’s queer community remain significantly affected by HIV, with 4 out of 5 HIV diagnoses in the city being among men in recent years, and close to half of those men being Black, Indigenous and men of colour.

The queer community—gay, bi, cis and trans—knows how to make sex steamy, satisfying and safer. PrEP is another tool that dramatically lowers the chance of HIV infection, and it’s used by a person who is HIV negative, meaning they are in control.

Our panelists will discuss what you need to know about PrEP. Got questions? Ask them at the live Q&A during the session. Talking about sex can be difficult. We understand. The session will be a safe, nonjudgmental, sex-positive space, and the panelists are members of the Toronto HIV community.
