The Hidden Cameras
The Hidden Cameras make their anticipated return to Toronto Pride, six years after becoming queer-pop heroes on the Fruit Loopz stage. Now international stars, they have four acclaimed full-length albums under their belts, including 2006’s Awoo. Their anthemic church-folk ballads are as politically charged as they are sincere. Denver-based songwriter and cellist Ian Cooke opens. His distinctive style pulls from classical music, pop, folk, avant-garde, world music, and jazz.
