Beverage and/or Food Supply

As a community, recreation and/or social action group, you may sell light snacks, beverages and/or merchandise (non-Pride related) to raise funds to support your organization ONLY. All items must be non-perishable, cannot require refrigeration or cooking and must meet all Toronto Public Health Requirements.

Please note, the entire Pride Site will not have electricity this year. To be placed in an area that has electricity, you must indicate that your location needs to be in a HOT ZONE (see map in opportunity guide for location of HOT ZONES. If you would like to be located in a HOT ZONE, Pride Toronto cannot guarantee that you will be placed within the Organizational Category you indicated above.

If you require an electrical outlet, you will have to make separate arrangements directly with Pride Toronto's electrical supplier. Electrical contract forms are available on the Forms tab of our website. Note that an electrical outlet will be an additional cost to you and is not included in the booth site fees. This year, the Community Fair (pending approval of permits), will be located on Wellesley Street (between Yonge and Church), at Norman Jewison Park, and on Alexander Street (see map in Opportunity Guide for additional details).

Grants to Participate in the Community Fair |
|
|
Grants to participate in the Community Fair are available to LGBTTIQQ2S individuals and community groups with a budget under $50 000, through the Pride Access and Diversity Grants Program. Managed jointly by the Lesbian and Gay Community Appeal and Pride Toronto, the grant application and details can be found on at www.pridetoronto.com or www.lgca.ca. Booth Clean up and Maintenance |
|
| |
Upon vacating the Booth Site(s) at the end each day, the Exhibitor will ensure that the occupied Booth Site(s) is / are completely clean and that all refuse is placed in designated containers, all tables and chairs are returned undamaged to Pride Toronto. Failure of the Exhibitor to clean the Booth Site(s) occupied WILL result in forfeiture of the security deposit and possible future Pride Toronto Booth Site participation. |
