We welcome you to participate in one of Canada's largest community fairs.
Before you begin, please ensure that you have read the
information provided in the Opportunity Guide (PDF).
To be accepted in the Community Fair you must provide evidence
that you are one of the following:
If you are not a community group but a vendor, please fill out the Marketplace form instead.
As a community, recreation and/or social action group, you may
sell food, beverages and/or merchandise to raise funds to support
your organization only. Any form of awareness / fund-raising must be
done within your 10' x 10' Booth Site, unless separate arrangements
have been made with Pride Toronto.
All applications for the Community Fair are subject to approval
by Pride Toronto.
Payment
All fees must be paid through a credit card, using the PayPal system integrated into the application form. Please note, your form will not be complete, nor received by us, unless you have paid these fees as part of your application.
If you need a special circumstance exception to be made so that you can pay your fee through a certified cheque, you must contact us at 416.927.7433 ext. 221. A separate application form will be emailed out or faxed to you to fill out, and will only be processed upon receipt of your payment, no exceptions!
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your registration without penalty up to June 6th 2008 by submitting notice of your cancellation in writing to us. All fees, including the deposit fees, will be non-refundable after June 6th 2008.
