Scandelle
With a fearless combination of stunning visual androgyny, electrifying stage presence and powerful unforgettable singing talent,SCANDELLE continues to rock boundaries. As the nephew of the late Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame inductee OTIS BLACKWELL, author of "Fever" and "Great Balls Of Fire" SCANDELLE continues to carry on the family tradition of writing timeless songs for all audiences.

Hibou
Hibou rocks out Wellesley this year making this their debut performance with Pride Toronto. After forming in 2004, they have been making splashes in Toronto's indie scene at events like The Feminist Porn awards, the GLBTQQ2S fundraiser rockOUT, and Lady-Fest.

  Esthero Esthero

A blend of jazz, hip-hop, soul, funk and rock, Esthero¹s 1998 Breath from Another left audiences wanting much more. Wikked Lil¹ Grrrls has brought a new, in-depth view of Esthero; where samba meets soul, and the fusion of genres sets a new-school standard. She was both executive producer and co-producer on this album, and her talented songwriting can also be found on Kanye West¹s new album, 808¹s and Heartbreak. Come and check her out before she heads off to Vancouver for the 2010 Olympics for the whole world to hear. Esthero¹s boldness and passion weave words and music into magic and we¹re happy to have her playing with us at Pride Toronto this year.

Deborah Cox  Presented byOLG

After having conquered the R&B, pop and dance charts, Deborah Cox has returned to the world of R&B, where it all started for her, with her new album, The Promise. The Toronto-born singer and actress produced her own vocal arrangements, co-wrote half of the album and released it independently on her own label, Deco Recording Group. This grammy-award-winning Clive Davis discovery also made her Broadway debut by starring in Elton John and Tim Rice¹s Aida, and her newest single, Beautiful U R, has been certified double platinum in Canada.

DJTK (AKA Ramlover) DJ TK

Toronto-based DJ/Producer TK has been the "fave grrl on the scene" (fab Magazine) for over a decade--having performed across North America, her solid, technical style and energetic stage presence are always crowd pleasers.  She currently holds residencies with some of Toronto's top clubs and has helped create some of the city's most dynamic club brands--The Comfort Zone, Footwork, Bitchslap, UNCZ. And is the only woman spinning in a spa for men in North America: Toronto's Excess, has been home to TK's chunky, charged sets for over five years. In 2008 she was selected as Fab Magazine's "DJ of the Year".

TK's original music has been featured in the documentary films "Team Shoulder Pads" (Gill/Greene, 2001, CBC), "Journalism Under Fire" (Greene, 2002, CBC), and "Suhail's Jihad" (Gill/Greene, 2003: Inside/Out Festival; Pridevision; PBS), "The Metroscope" (ongoing: National Film Board- 2008-9).  After countless shady remixes and original beats (TK's original tune, "More Human than Human" spent 6 weeks at the #1 spot on MP3.com's Deep House chart) being turned out to clubbers' delight, her "Ramlover" remix of Michael O¹Howe¹s "The G-Funk" with digital label, Don¹t Look Productions is now available on Beatport, iTunes, Trackitdown and other fine digital music retailers. May 2009 sees the release of the Ramlover remix of Deko-ze n' Gavo's "Explosive' (featuring Camille Douglas) on Hi Bias Records. A full-length artist EP is set for release in the summer.

TK has been a Programming Coordinator with Pride Toronto since 2007.
