SPOTLIGHT: Stephanie Stephens
Stephanie Stephens toured all over the world with the famous La Cage as a celebrity female impersonator. She's also produced the Mr. and Miss International pageant‹which celebrates diversity, the Halloween Ball, and is working on her new body of work, The Transsexual Convention. At this year's Pride, she'll be presenting her amazing Drag Ball on Parade.
SPOTLIGHT: Fo' Dem Ladeez
The 2009 tour's mission is to bring women and the extraordinary blend of people they surround themselves with together using the wonderful power of music. What are they doing different? Mixing original live rap with a twist of gender-bending illusion and hot rhythm mixes into a hip hop treat that is a feast for audiences ears, eyes and souls. It's been said it couldn't be done; that social mores/norms would prohibit the idea ever getting off the ground, but they've done it and can't wait to show you!
