Emma McKenna
As a Toronto based lesbian performer and writer, Emma is committed to combining music with lesbian feminist politics. With gritty guitar and baleful moans reminiscent of Cat Power and Kate Bush, Emma sings haunting songs of longing and loss.

Michael Caplan
As a singer of "sweet hurtin' songs", Michael Caplan has been performing his mixture of old country, folk and blues since 1990. In 2004, he rocked his first house in rural Saskatchewan playing for an audience of cowboy ranchers and modern dances during the closing night of a community dance-theatre event. Since then he has moved on to bigger things including recording a CD, Steelpan Country, and performed as a special for the New Dance Horizons Aria fundraiser in Regina last summer.

The Good Lovelies
This sassy, sophisticated and funny trio brings charm back to the stage with their Œflirty-bluegrass' music. They¹ve been busy singing back up for Jill Barber¹s latest disc Chances (2008), opening for Arrogant Worms and Lynn Miles, and just released their first full length disc The Good Lovelies.  They recently sold out a solo show at local gem, Hugh's Room.

The Maisies
The only thing better than listening to the sultry and sassy tones of one beautiful songstress is listening to three. Inspired by the beautiful harmonies of vintage girl groups, The Maisies re-create the musical styling of an era that was filled with some of the most exciting swing music ever to be sung in three-part harmony.

Nathalie Nadon
A classy chanteuse who recalls the past while and injecting the modern cool, Nadon has starred in major productions such as The Vagina Monologues. Her shimmering voice and classic style are sure to make you fall in love with another time - all over again.

Michelle Mondesir
As a 2005 graduate of Fanshawe College's Music Industry Arts program, this smooth stylin' soul sista is bound to be a success. Her many nominations and awards include: a collaborative effort that won Best Songwriter for the 2005 MIA Awards; best R&B artist at the TIMA's; best R&B soul female artist and best R&B song.
