Description of work tasks and responsibilities
As the assistant to the Arts & Entertainment Program Manager, this position will act as a point person for the committees of the Arts & Entertainment Program; Will assist with advance communication with various artists and suppliers regarding contracts, load in and out times, and hospitality; During the Festival will assist artist relations and hospitality.
Description of supervision
Supervisor will be the Arts & Entertainment Program Manager and will include shadowing of this position as part of a mentoring program.

- Level of education that is suitable for this job: some Post Secondary School
