Site Operations
The Pride Toronto Site Operations Committee plans the layout of the festival, secures government permits and approvals, and purchases most of the equipment and supplies needed for Pride Toronto. The Site Operations Committee works directly with local residents and businesses to ensure that their needs are balanced with Pride Toronto's plans, in addition to working with other Committees such as Food & Beverages, Entertainment, Safety & Security, and Media. To this end, the Site Operations Committee oversees locations for first aid stations, security headquarters, information booths, media towers, equipment, volunteer headquarters, registration headquarters, garbage collection and recycling.
